It was a thrill to open up for Sharon Van Etten at Bowery Ballroom the other night. She sounded amazing and made everyone there feel welcome at her family reunion. My friend Ben Syverson was kind enough to send me some pictures from our opening set. It was a really great night to be a part of. Richard Baluyut from Versus played bass in my band (which was amazing) because he totally kicks ass. Hannah Cohen joined me on stage and we got to sing Don’t let the Darkness gather me as a duet for the first time which was fun. And to finish the set Sharon was generous enough to come out and sing on I Blame Baltimore with me. Thank you Sharon.
